Never had a leather bag before. At first I thought it was a musty smell but was corrected.The bag is very efficient; just what I wanted.
WRONG HOLE with This model of Rockport shoes are the best I've ever purchased. I've been buying Rockport for 15 years and this was the first time for the Magnar model, which I received a few days ago. Have to mention they were moderately price for a Rockport shoe which helped my decision. But I cant rave enough about how good they feel. Out of the box they fit perfect, very light, very comfretable. No "break in" period needed for a 9.5 M fit. I am throughly amazed how well they fit. In fact, I just purchased a second pair in case they ever discontinue the model.Hope my review is helpful, I took a chance because the model wasnt rated, glad I did....hope Rockport reads this review and decides to keep them in the product line for a long time.**Update 1-1-12** Bought 2 pairs of these shoes. Each pair wore out 3-4 months after I put them on. Great shoe...wears out fast...the sole and heals wore large holes. I change my rating to 2 based on this. I contacted Peltz Shoes were I bought them and they did nothing...they asked me to submit photos and send them the shoes...that was Oct 2010 as of Jan 2012...nothing. I will never buy a pair of shoes from Peltz again. I recommend you avoid this vendor.
